Only problem with Firefox is it’s startup time and once launched, nothing beats. With the release of Firefox 4, comes a patch which claims to start and launch Firefox 2 times faster.
Though the patch is a 20 line code but not integrated in Firefox 4 by default. The developer has created an addon for Firefox called Start Faster compatible only with Firefox 4 and give significant results on Windows 7 and Vista.
For those, who haven’t upgraded to Firefox 4 RC, you may try Firefox Booster.

What it does?
Unlike others, Start Faster addon doesn’t require restart for successful installation and creates a desktop shortcut named “ faster Firefox” which should launch Firefox up to 2x faster than without this addon.How it does?
