GroundReport.com Announces Monthly Citizen Journalism Competition

Citizen journalism leaders gave ground report today the Off-The-Radar Contest, an ongoing tournament will award $ 1,000.00, the most popular report on GroundReport.com each month. The competition invites entrants of any background, experience and region to their original stories, images, video and audio free to submit GroundReport.com.
ground report is a news site that allows users to publish their own articles, stories, rate, earn a share of advertising revenue, create a personalized home page and allows you build a free, hosted press portfolio.
The objective of the Off-The-Radar Contest is to marginalize the stories by the mainstream media to highlight.
“ground each report are effective tools for participating in the news gathering process,” said the founder and CEO Rachel Sterne. “Start every time you post on GroundReport.com, win a chance at $ 1,000. We hope that this motivate people to change the news.”
In line with user-driven format is ground report, the competition will be judged with the “wisdom of crowds.” ground report will count and display page views for each report and the article that collects the unique traffic during the month wins.

After creating an account, writers can publish articles immediately with the tools in their control panel. There is no limit to the number of submissions.
