A while ago, we saw Facebook add Tagging in the comments. Another feature that Facebook silently rolled out along with that was the ability to edit Comments. Remember, all those times when after making a typo in a comment we had to delete it and make a new comment. Now you can simply edit it!
This new feature in Facebook comments lets you edit any comment that you have made on someone’s status update, photos or even shared links and pages.
How to Edit Your Facebook Comment:
In order to edit your comment, hover the mouse over your comment and then click on the [X] symbol that appears.
Once you click on the [X] symbol your previous comment can be edited.
However, please note that there are certain limitations to editing your comments.
There isn’t any limit on the number of times you can edit your comment as long as the time doesn’t run out. But every edit that you make will travel to your friends in the form of email and SMS notifications.
How do you like this new feature? Have you tried it yet?
